Unlike many VAR’s, ASC is not tied to a single Microsoft ERP sytem. Rather, we provide in-depth understanding of all four Microsoft SQL Dynamics packages and Microsoft CRM and SharePoint., plus certified, 3rd party solutions (i.e. ISV-- Independent Software Vendor products) often essential for ERP success.
Whereas the four Microsoft Dynamics ERP products have similar feature's, ASC eliminates the confusion associated with evaluating Microsoft business solutions. ASC is expert at matching our customers' requirements wiht the optimum Microsoft Dynamics requirements --with regard to both feature/functions and Dynamics ERP architecture, i.e. considering the customer's disposition to an "out-of-the-box" solution versus a customizable Microsoft business solution. The Microsoft Dynamics GP advantage is perfect for companies that require a robust, “out-of-the-box” solution. Implementations and upgrades are efficient and relatively inexpensive. The product may be customized, but this is not its architectural design. In house IT personnel are not required to support GP. GP offers excellent tools for interface to other business systems. GP is supported by 100’s of 3rd party products and benefits from extensive Microsoft R&D. |

AX is Microsoft’s enterprise product, but it scales to smaller firms. Its strength is its architecture because the product interoperates in (multi-site) client/server and web environments, and is easily customized to meet specific customer requirements -- at the enterprise, department and individual user level. Cosmetic customizations do not affect upgrades whereas table customizations do. |

Overlapping Features Among The Four Dynamics ERP Products |

The scopes of Microsoft’s four ERP packages overlap. For example, all packages serve small, moderate and enterprise sized companies. All include feature suites/modules for financials, distribution, manufacturing, service/maintenance and job/project/engineering services applications. All use the SQL database and SQL Reporting Services, and all utilize Microsoft Office, infrastructure and internet technologies. Furthermore, the various Dynamics products are complemented by different ISV products that offer similar (i.e. competitive) features.
